I know because I tried looking at that to fix the iMac issues and only saw the port FPS line. That said, I think they removed the game FPS limiter that used to be in the configurations. Any hoo, I got a new computer because we needed two now anyway and it's running at 150-200+ FPS. I know the iMac doesn't have the best video card for gaming, but it was totally changes made by WoWs that dumped it out of being able to play the game at all. All of a sudden it could barely maintain 15-20 at medium settings, often crashing to 3-5 FPS. It was never super high, usually 50-75, but still running at the highest quality video settings. I've been playing for years on an older, then a newer 2020 iMac running Windows 7 and then 10 with absolutely no issues until April or so of this year when my FPS just crashed.
